All products listed on this website are either original works of art or made-to-order, custom-created pieces.
Due to the handmade and artistic nature of the items, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur. These variations are intentional and part of the uniqueness of each piece.

We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the artwork’s true colors.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment must be received before your order is processed or shipped.
We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Afterpay/Clearpay, Klama, Link by Stripe.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees associated with your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Each piece is either made to order or individually prepared for shipment. Please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for processing before dispatch.

Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via one of the following services; USPS, UPS, FedEx with tracking provided where available.

Delivery Estimates: Shipping times vary by location and carrier.

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

5. No Returns / No Refunds Policy

All sales are final.
Because of the nature of our products — original artwork and made-to-order pieces — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at katie@artbykatiekight.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and description of the issue so we can review and determine an appropriate solution (e.g., repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion).

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at katie@artbykatiekight.com We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by shipping carriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
